The Egyptian- Tunisia higher committee

The 9th session of the Egyptian- Tunisian joint higher committee will hold its meetings in Tunisia next Thursday under the chairmanship of the Egyptian Prime Minister Atif Obeid and his Tunisian counterpart Muhammad al-Ghanoushe.

Works of the committee will last for two days and will be preceded by means of intensifying trade exchange and investments, especially as the free trade agreement between Egypt and Tunisia has been put into actual implementation since three years.

News reports said that the committee will discuss means of reactivating the role played by the Egyptian- Tunisian business council and means of boosting cooperation between the two states in the areas of oil, electricity, energy, politics, education and cooperation in the area of the environment.
