Morocco wants to invest in Oman's IT

Morocco has expressed wish to invest in Oman's telecommunications company.
The wish was expressed in a joint communique made public after a meeting between Moroccan post and telecommunications and information technologies secretary of state, Nasr Hajji, and visiting Omani telecommunications minister, Souheil Ben Moustahil Chemmas.
The Omani side welcomed the Moroccan offer, the release said, adding Oman is looking for a strategic partner for the privatization of its telecommunications sector.
The two sides agreed to coordinate action and invest in joint ventures in telecommunications and new information technology fields.
The Moroccan telecommunication regulation agency (ANRT) agreed for its part to train Omani executives in the field.
