The capital transfer and participation agreements signed on Thursday by the two companies is "a turning point in relations between the two countries" Oualalou told the press.

He added it is "a model of cooperation in the Maghreban space, to which both countries belong, and of south-south cooperation," and will enable the two countries to accompany the technological evolution.
