Belgian speaker confers with Moroccan officials

Speaker of the Belgian senate, Armand De Decker, who is currently on a work visit to Morocco, conferred Friday with Moroccan premier, Abderrahmane Youssoufi. Talks focused on means to upgrade Moroccan-Belgian cooperation, the situation of Moroccan expatriates settled in Belgium and relations between Morocco and the European Union.
The Belgian official also met the same day with speaker of house of representatives (lower chamber of parliament), Abdelouahed Radi.
De Decker was earlier received by King Mohammed VI in Fez.
