Saudi daily suspended because of financial risk

The Saudi " al-Jazira" foundation for press and publications on Wednesday announced the suspension of issuing its paper al-Masaeyah ( the night time ) daily as from April 19.
In a full- page advertisement in " al-Jazira " daily, the foundation added that al-Masaeyah will be converted into " a morning issue paper concerned with family affairs" in a date which has not set.
However, press circles stated that the absence of al-Masa?eyah after 18 years of its issuance is because of the losses the paper had during the few past years, even it was not able to meet costs of its issuance.
