King Fahd receives a message from the ruler of Kuwait

The Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz on Wednesday received two messages from the ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jabber al-Ahmad al-Sabah and from the Kuwaiti crown prince and Prime Minister Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Sabah.

The Kuwaiti minister of information Sheikh Ahmad Fahd al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Wednesday during his meeting conveyed the two messages with the King in Jeddah on Wednesday.

The Saudi news agency, which reported the news, gave no mention about the content of the two messages, but Kuwaiti diplomatic sources in al-Riyadh said that the two messages relate to the Kuwaiti- Iraqi case and bilateral relations between the two states.

The Kuwaiti minister who was also welcomed by the Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz on Tuesday evening and held talks with his Saudi counterpart Fuad al-Farisi.

The Saudi King also received a message from the Czech President Vatslav Havel and also no information were said on the content of the message. The message was handed over by the Czech ambassador to Saudi Arabia during his meeting on Wednesday with the Saudi King in Jeddah.

On February 10, the Czech President visited Saudi Arabia in the course of a Gulf tour and held talks with the Saudi leadership dealt with bilateral relations and several issues of mutual concern.
