April Lie in Saudi Arabia

The General Mufti in Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Sheikh has stressed that was is known as " Kizbet Nissan ( April fool's day lie) is legally forbidden and the " lying " is a taboo at any time and at any place and it is of no exception in terms of time, place and the person. In a Fatwa al-Sheikh made and issued in the Saudi daily al-Riyadh on Sunday. He warned against what has been made in certain Arab and Muslim countries under the name of " April lie " where people avail themselves to lie and fabricate news and stories.
