Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday before the convening of the Arab summit in Amman met with the deputy chairman of the Iraqi revolutionary leadership Izzat Ibrahim. The meeting lasted for several minutes at the lounge of the hotel where the summit is being held. Go

The Saudi foreign minister prince Saud al-Faisal has renewed his country's rejection to any military acts that might be taken against Iraq, noting that the final statement of the Arab summit will include his country's assertion to not permit that her land will be a starting point to any military acts against Iraq. The Lebanese warplanes on Tuesday violated the Lebanese airspace. Lebanese security sources said on Tuesday that the Israeli warplanes on Tuesday afternoon flew intensively in the airspace of South Lebanon and the Bekaa until the capital Beirut, where the sound barrier was broken twice. Go
