Morocco's Team Ranks 2nd in Ostende Cross-Country Championships

Morocco's athletic team (senior men) held on Saturday the second rank in the general team ranking of the 29th world cross-country championships of Ostende, Belgium.
The gold medal went to the Kenyan team, the silver to Morocco with 48 points and the Ethiopian team got the bronze medal.
The Moroccan team had also won the silver medal in the 1998 Marrakesh edition and the 1999 Belfast championship. In the 2000 edition of Vilamoura, it grabbed the bronze medal.
Moroccan-born Belgian national, Mohamed Mourhit, kept his world champ title.
