Algerians win Maghreban swimming tournament

Algerian swimmers won Sunday the Maghreban swimming tournament held in Casablanca March 23-25. The Algerians grabbed 34 gold, 22 silver and 8 bronze medals. The Moroccans ranked second with 5 gold, 5 silver and 14 bronze medals, while Tunisians came in third with only 5 silver and 9 bronze medals.
Four Arab states, namely Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon and Syria took part in the tournament as guests.
