A historical message from Saddam Hussein to the Summit conference

The Iraqi official news agency said on Sunday that the Iraqi government which met on Saturday under the chairmanship of the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, was briefed on the message to be sent by Saddam to the Arab summit in Amman but did not disclose the content of the message. The agency noted that the message includes great ideas and sublime values and a national vision, but giving no more details about the content of the message.
