Al-Assad confers with FAO chief
Syria, Agriculture, 3/24/2001
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Friday Director General of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization FAO Jacques Deyouf. Talks dealt with FAO activities in different fields and methods of consolidating cooperation between Syria and the organization.
The meeting was attended by the minister of agriculture Asaad Mustafa.
