Saudi defense minister to act on Behalf of King Fahd in attending the Arab summit

A statement by the Saudi royal divan said on Thursday that prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, the second deputy for the prime minister, the minister of defense and mediation and the Saudi inspector general will preside over the Saudi delegation to the Arab summit meeting due to be held in Amman, on behalf of King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia.
