Ruler of Kuwait confers with Turkish defense minister

The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday in Kuwait received the national defense minister in Turkey and members of the accompanying delegation currently visiting Kuwait.
