Ruler of Qatar confers with Arafat

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa Al-Thani on Tuesday in Doha met with the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat who left Doha after a short visit to Qatar.
The Gulf News Agency said that the two sides discussed issues debated at the forthcoming summit conference in Amman and latest developments on the Palestinian arena and the ugly practices by the Israeli occupation forces.
