Moroccan-Malian Cooperation in Handicraft Probed in Rabat

Means to upgrade Moroccan-Malian cooperation in the sector of handicraft were probed at a meeting in Rabat Thursday.
The meeting gathered Moroccan secretary of state to the minister of social economy, small and medium enterprises and handicraft, Abdelkrim Benatik, and visiting Malian minister of handicraft and tourism, Ms Zakiyatou Oualett Halatine.
Talks surveyed Morocco's experience in matters of assistance to small and medium handicraft enterprises, the need to finalize the training and trade exchanges cooperation program to promote handicraft products in the two countries, and promote know-how transfer.
The two sides convened to set up a cooperation network between professional chambers, to hold exhibitions of handicraft items and to revive the joint technical committee to redefine a cooperation platform.
