An explosion in front of a library in al-Riyadh

A Saudi official stressed on Thursday that an Irish and one Egyptian were wounded in an explosion took place on Thursday evening before a warehouse for selling book in the downtown of al-Riyadh.

The Saudi official who preferred not to be identified said that " two persons, one is Irish and the other is Egyptian were slightly wounded in the explosion and they left the hospital after they received necessary medical treatment." The source was not able to define the reason behind the explosion which took place in front of Jarir library entrance at the al-Aleyah commercial street in the downtown of al-Riyadh.

On the other hand, the British daily " the Times' said on Thursday that the Saudi police arrested more British citizens in secret acts of breaking in and attributed the reasons to " their links to series of explosions recently took place in Saudi Arabia."
