jordan, Politics, 3/13/2001
The Jordanian weekly al-Majd said in its Monday's issue quoting sources close to the Jordanian prime minister Ali Abu al-Ragheb that he is seriously thinking of an enlarged change in his government after nine months have elapsed since its formation.
The sources added that King Abdullah II has recently given the green light to " Engineer Abu al-Ragheb" to amend the government following the end of the Arab summit works and that this amendment will cover at most 10 ministers.
The ministries are mostly expected to include the ministers of al-Awqaf, energy, communications, social development and legal affairs, health, labor, agriculture and the deputy premier and transport minister.
