Congo confirms the killing of the 11 Lebanese

The Lebanese university at Congo Democratic Republic on Friday confirmed the killing the killing of 11 of its members during the violent reactions followed the assassination of President Luren Kapilla.
News reports said that the university confirmed this news in a statement signed by the President of the university Abdul Sattar Ashour and its secretary general Victor Haddad.
On Thursday, the Lebanese foreign minister called for the Lebanese participation in the investigations carried out to this effect, but the government in Kinshasa assigned this task to the same committee which is making the investigations on the assassination of Kapilla.
The Organization in charge of defending human rights in Congo has considered that 11 Lebanese as missing after they were kidnapped by armed men from their houses just hours after the assassination of Kapilla.
