Arab boycott of Israel at the agenda of the Arab League council

It was decided to add four new items to the agenda of the works of the new session of the Arab League (AL) council which will start in Cairo at the level of the foreign ministers next Monday and will last for two days. Therefore, number of items to be discussed by the AL council by its 115th session will be 42 instead of only 38.

The AL council will discuss a special paper prepared by the Arab boycott office of Israel in Damascus, including new proposals to tighten the Arab boycott measures of Israel, estimated to cost Israel USD 3 billion every year when the Arab states abide themselves to implementing them.

Once again, the Arab boycott paper tightened the Arab boycott of Israel in reply to the deterioration of the peace process and the liquidation measures committed by the Israeli forces against the Palestinians and Israel's attempts to escape the implementation of its international agreements with the Palestinians.
