Al-Mahdi and Sudan

The leader of the Sudanese al-Ummah Party Sadeq al-Mahdi stated there is a national consensus to establish peace and stability in the country in a democratic and peaceful way.
In a statement to the BBC on Saturday, al-Mahdi added the " the call" which was signed in Cairo on Friday with the leader of the Sudanese democratic national alliance Muhammad Othman al-Meir Ghani calls for coexistence, halting of war and solving Sudan's political problems for unifying the national rank.
