Mohammed V foundation to earmark $ 36.7 mln to development projects

The Mohammed V Solidarity Foundation intend to earmark 368.7 million dirhams, nearly $ 36.7 million, to poor people-oriented development projects in 2001-2002.
The projects will include construction for boarding houses for young rural and urban girls, students houses, handicapped people, abandoned children and elderly people centers, and other lasting development actions in the rural areas, especially for women, said Ms. Zoulikha Nasri, Advisor to King Mohammed VI and member of the Foundation's governing board.
