Heavy rains result in damages in Syrian province of Tartous

Heavy rain fell in Tartous on Friday morning have caused a flood in Marqieh river.
Water level rose from 5 to 7 meters in some areas. And as a result, more than 30 green houses extended along the river were destroyed while other houses were damaged.
The floods reached the Tartous " Golden sands Chalets, removing soil and green houses wastes.
Sources at the civil defense department in Tartous reported that squads rescued eight children, four women and four men during the flood.
