Syria: 20 killed in a building collapse

A four- flour building collapsed on Wednesday in the Syrian city of Areiha, Idleb province in the North leaving 18 killed and 53 wounded The collapse took place at 11 p.m. Wednesday when the building which is composed of 8 flats and established since several years in a an area of " random housing " which lacks the minimum conditions for security and safety of cement, iron bar, bridges and pillars.
The so far rescue operations lasted for 20 hours resulted in the collapsed building which inhabited 66 citizens, of whom37 rescued, 20 killed and 9 were outside the building.
