Iraq threatens Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

Iraq on Monday threatened to military reply the rulers of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, the partners in the aggression against its territories following the raids launched last Friday by American and British planes against Baghdad and resulted in killing two persons and wounded 20.
The Iraqi daily al-Thawra said that Iraq is determined to resist this aggression and to develop its means in confronting it and will make the sky " of Baghdad a hell for the aggressions and to inflict on them and their leaders in Washington and London, shame and defeat." The Iraqi paper added that the rulers in Kuwait and al-Riyadh do not feel shy to defend this measure and create pretexts.
For its part the Iraqi daily al-Joumhoreyah ( the republic) stressed Iraq's ability to repel the aggressors, British or Americans and also those who give them support in case such an aggression will be repeated.
