Mubarak talks on phone with Qaddafi, Saleh and King Abdullah

President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt on Thursday made two telephone calls with the Libyan President Muaammar al-Qaddafi and with the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh.

The two telephone calls dealt with developments of conditions in the Middle East region, the ME peace process and the stalemate impeding it as a result of the continued Israeli escalation of the brutal aggressions against the unarmed Palestinians.

A similar telephone call was made between President Mubarak and King Abdullah II which is the second between the two leaders within 24 hours.

In a press statement circulated on Thursday, the Jordanian royal court said in the telephone call held between President Mubarak and King Abdullah on Wednesday talks dealt with the scale of coordination and coordination between the leaderships of the two states towards current conditions in the region especially in light of the escalated acts of violence in the occupied Palestinian territories.

On the other hand, the Egyptian foreign minister Amr Moussa said that an Egyptian- Libyan meeting will be held in Libya, Tripoli very soon to follow up the developments of the Sudanese question and the mechanism of work in the two countries's initiative towards maintaining reconciliation in Sudan.
