Saudi Arabia for further support to Libya

The Saudi ambassador to Libya has stressed that his country's efforts to close the file of Lockerbie and ending the sanctions on Libya will not stop until a solution satisfactory for " our Libyan brothers will be reached."

In a statement to the Libyan daily al-Shams ( the sun) issued in its Tuesday's issue, the ambassador added that Saudi Arabia considers this file as its very preoccupation and that it could since the very beginning of the interference of Saudi Arabia and South Africa from achieving great achievements for the interests of Libya.

The Saudi ambassador Bader Bin Shaker al-Bakhesh said that these Saudi efforts will be resumed very soon and continuously and in collaboration with South Africa until the Lockerbie file will be totally closed in a satisfactory way.
