Israel banned from taking part in Algeria's workers trade unions conference

The International federation of the Mineral workers trade unions, in London, has decided not to invite Israel's workers Union in the International conference of the Mineral and Mechanical trade unions which start deliberations today in Algiers.
The chairman of the general trade Unions for engineering and mineral industries in Egypt, who is also his country's chairman to the conference said in a statement in Cairo on Wednesday that the decision of the International federation in banning Israel from not participating came as a response to the request of the Egyptian trade union which upon participation in the conference set a precondition in that the Israeli side will not be presented. The Egyptian official asserted the rejection of the Egyptian workers trade union of any contact or relation with Israel.
