The Omani news agency said on Thursday that Oman has banned the import of live cattle and cow meats production from all European states of fears of mad- cow disease. But the banning did not include dairy and its by ­ products. In November 2000, Oman imposed a similar banning on certain countries including France, Portugal, Ireland and Switzerland. Go
