Talks started between the Emir of Qatar, Butaflika

The Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika during his meeting on Thursday in Algiers with the ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani, currently visiting Algeria, discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing them in various fields.
The two sides also discussed Arab and international issues of mutual concern.
