Qabous, Mubarak discuss ME peace process

Sultan Qabous Bin Saeed of Oman on Wednesday received the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and held with him talks that covered the ME peace process and bilateral relations. Earlier in the day, Mubarak arrived in Muscat in a private visit to Oman which will last for several days, following a similar visit he had held to Saudi Arabia last week.
Earlier a source close to the Egyptian presidency in Cairo announced that Mubarak will hold with Qabous talks dealing with bilateral relations, latest developments concerning to the ME peace process and the new US administration. The source added that Mubarak and Qabous will also discuss the measures that will back the palestinian and the Syrian negotiators to restore back their territories.
