Syrian vice President, FM confer with Kuwaiti officials

Syrian vice President Abdul Halim Khaddam on Tuesday in Damascus and the chairman of the foreign affairs committee at the Kuwaiti parliament Jasem Muhammad al-Saqer discussed bilateral relations between Syria and Kuwait, ways of consolidating he Arab position in confrontation of the current challenges.
Later in the day, the Syrian foreign minister farouk al-Shara and the Kuwaiti official discussed latest developments in the region, means of reactivating joint Arab action and bilateral relations.
