Moroccan - Algerian ties probed

Means to upgrade Moroccan-Algerian cooperation in posts and telecommunications topped talks held in Algiers Wednesday between Moroccan ambassador to Algeria, Mohamed Benrayane and Algerian posts and telecom minister, Mohamed Meghlaoui.
The Algerian official briefed the Moroccan diplomat on the opening of Algeria's telecom sector to partnership and competition.
