UAE loan for Jordan to finance al-Wahda project

The Jordanian ministry of finance announced that Jordan's ambassador to the United Arab Emirates UAE was assigned to sign a loan agreement with the Abu Dhabi Funs for development at a cost of US $ 10 million to finance the implementation of al-Wahda dam due to be carried out with the participation of Syria.
Sources at the Jordanian ministry said that the Arab Fund for social and Economic development in Kuwait and the Islamic Bank for development in Jeddah will contribute also to financing the said dam.
