Lebanese Premier confers with UN special envoy

The Lebanese prime minister Rafik al-Hariri on Tuesday in Beirut discussed with the personal envoy of the secretary general of the UN in South Lebanon developments of conditions in South Lebanon.
Following the meeting, the UN delegate said that he had listened during the meeting to a summary on the course of events in Lebanon especially the situation in South Lebanon as the date of extending for UNIFIL is approaching at the UN security council, at the request of the report of the UN secretary general Kofi Annan.
