Archeological find of three Pharaohs from the 26th dynasty

Dr. Zahi Hawwas, Director of Cairo and Giza antiquities Area, said that a new archeological find in al nWahat Al-Bahariya of three tombs containing belongings of three kings of the 26th dynasty, is due to be annonced soon.
In a celebration held in Damietta on the occasion of awarding Dr. Hawwas the prize of the distinguished scholar for the year 2000, the famous Egyptologist said that work in the second stage of the pyramids plateau project will start in the next few days. He affirmed that Egyptians have the right to visit the area. Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni will open this month the second pyramid of Chepren after one year of restorations.
