Valley of golden mummies, unearthed

Egyptian archaeologists ended monopolization of foreign archaeologists by discovering lately what came to be called "the valley of golden mummies" at the area of Giza pyramids.

Hundreds of mummies covered with gold have been unearthed. This is considered one of the most important discoveries in recent years and could be equal to that of Tut-Ankh-Amoun's.

This week new titles have been found in the laborers' tombs, those who took part in building the pyramids, such as "workers' chief", meaning the supervisor over the laborers whose job was to fetch the pyramid stones.

Such discoveries is an answer to the allegations that those tombs concern the pyramids watchmen.

Again, the golden mummies discovery indicates categorically that the Jews have no relation whatsoever with building the pyramids.

History proves that they have come to Egypt 700 after the pyramids had been constructed.

Dr. Zahi Hawas, General Manager of Giza antiquities said in response to what the Israeli daily "Ha' artes" has recently published allegedly claiming that there is no relation between present Egyptians and ancient Egyptians: "Present Egyptians in lower and upper Egypt resemble identically the pharaos in origin, shape, habits and inherited traditions and all aspects of life; indicating that they are actually the great grandsons of the ancient pharaos.
