A German oil expert kidnapped in Yemen

The Yemeni police said on Wednesday that a German oil expert was kidnapped on Wednesday by unidentified persons in Shabwa area, 300 Km to the east of Sanaa.
An official at the Yemeni police said that the German oil expert Luther Selenberg, who works with the Herman " Brisag" company was kidnapped at the by unidentified persons in the tribal area of Shabwa, where the company is exploring oil.
This is, however, the first kidnapping operation in Yemen for this year.
