African Navy Executives Attend Training Seminar in Morocco

Executives from several French-speaking African countries are currently attending an international training seminar on merchant navy.
The ten-day seminar, organized with the assistance of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), aims at promoting African countries' human resources through transfer of technology and know-how in merchant navy matters.
Opening the seminar Monday, Moroccan minister of transport and merchant navy, Abdeslam Znined, renewed Morocco's determination to actively contribute to Africa's social and economic development.
