Saudi Arabia, France for boosting military cooperation

Saudi Army chief of staff Lt. Gen. Saleh Bin Ali al-Mahya on Monday in Riyadh met with the chief of staff of the French armed forces Lt. Gen. Jan Pierre Kalash and members of the accompanying delegation. The two sides discussed issues of mutual concern.
Worthy mentioning that the two countries are linked since a very long period of time to remarkable relations and military cooperation between them started in 1968.
Value of the Saudi exports to France reached in 1998 5840 million French Francs while its imports from France estimated at 6741 million Francs.
