Saudi, Iraqi Haj arrangements talks

Minister of al-Haj affairs in Saudi Arabia Eyad Bin Ameen Madani has discussed with the Iraqi minister of al-Awqaf and Islamic affairs Abdul Menem Muhammad Saleh on Saturday in al-Riyadh means of facilitating the process of the Iraqis performance of al-Haj rituals in Mecca, said the Saudi News agency.
However, the two sides will be holding other discussions to agree on arrangements.
The Iraqi minister arrived in Saudi Arabia on top of a religious delegation to discuss on ensuing the requirements of the Iraqi pilgrims for this year.
This is, however, the second visit for the Iraqi al-Awqaf minister to Saudi Arabia following the boycott of relations between the two countries during the Gulf war in 1991.
