Morocco, Holland sign accord on inmates

Morocco and Holland agreed to enhance cooperation in fields related to jail administration and inmates reintegration.
Under an accord, signed here Wednesday, Morocco and Holland pledged to encourage inmates training and exchange expertise in the related-fields.
The accord also provides for the exchange of documentation, pedagogical material and scientific publications to promote integration programs and enhance jail personnel skill.
The two parties also pledged to extend technical and juridical assistance for the development and modernization of penitentiary infrastructure.
Morocco and Holland are already bound by an accord on judiciary inter-assistance and the implementation of court rulings on divorce and the right to guardianship.
