Palestinian Intifada against occupation continues

More Palestinians on Tuesday were killed and wounded in their confrontations with the Israeli forces.

Palestinian youth Abdul Hamid Khanfar ( 27 year old) was killed when the Israeli forces opened fire directly on him on Selat al-Daher village near Jenin. Three Palestinian children were killed in Kafer Kenna village near al-Nasera when an Israeli bulldozer deliberately demolished a wall they were playing behind, while many other Palestinians were hit by the Israeli bullets in Beit Sahour village to the east of Jerusalem, the Rafah town, and Bethlehem and in the surrounding of " Mourag " settlement.

The Israeli forces bombarded houses and properties in Beit Lahia and Beit Hatoun and al-Sultan district near Gaza and the bombardment covered the surrounding of Nablus, al-Khalil, Toulkarem, Jenin and Deir al-Balah.

Eye- witnesses said the Israeli bulldozers, backed by armored vehicles and hundreds of soldiers demolished more than 150 dunnums of plantations and several Palestinians were wounded upon preventing the Israeli from destroying their properties.

Meantime, the Israeli foreign minister Shloumo Bin Ami admitted that the suspension of the Palestinian Intifada and the clashes can be only attained by reaching a political agreement with the Palestinian side.

He also admitted that the crisis in the talks between the two sides is very grave and that the only possibility for halting the Intifada is a political settlement.
