Sudan's ambassador reviews developments in his country

Sudan's ambassador in Tehran Shafee Ahmad Muhammad has asserted his country's position in rejection of the Israeli " entity." In a press conference he held on Tuesday morning on the occasion of concluding the Sudanese Presidential elections and the developments of conditions in Sudan, the Sudanese ambassadors denounced the brutal massacres and the aggressive policy conducted by the Israeli forces against the Palestinian people.

He stressed his country's call to impose economic sanctions on Israel.

He indicated the "American- Zionist conspiracies Sudan undergoes," noting that "Israel is behind the crises and problems in the region and in Sudan."

On the future of the American- Sudanese relations Ambassador Ahmad Muhammad said that as far as "the US administration will be able to get rid off the Zionist influence and take into account the interests of peoples and countries in the region and rather Israel's interests, it will be close to the countries of the region, including Israel."

He stressed his country's care to develop relations with various countries except Israel on the ground of joint interests, exchanged respect and non- intervention in the internal affairs.

He noted the changes taking place in Sudan on internal changes and national reconciliation.
