Ruler of Kuwait confers with AL chief

The ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah on Sunday in Kuwait received the secretary general of the Arab League (AL) Ismat Abdul Miguid and the Arab ministers of information and culture taking part in Kuwait's celebration of Kuwait's being the center of Arab Culture for the year 2001.
Later in the day. Kuwait's crown prince Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Salem al-Sabah received the AL chief and the Arab ministers and the assistant secretary general for artistic co-operation at the secretariat of the people's committee for the African unity organization on the occasion of the said celebration.
