Mauritania defends its normalization of relations with israel

The minister of communications and relations with the Mauritanian parliament al-Rashid Wild Saleh has defended his country's choice of normalizing relations with Israel, a choice which is adopted by the Mauritanian government.
In a press conference he held on Wednesday In Nouakchott, Wild Saleh that blaming Mauritania for normalizing relations with Israel is unjustified as the " Arab regimes have their contacts with Israel either directly or indirectly."
He explained that his country " has decided to proceed in serving the process of peace which is the realization of achievements in this regard."
