Butaflika stresses Sudanese reconciliation

Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika while visiting Sudan stressed on Monday that his country is ready to play a role in order to restore back peace in Sudan. He called on the sides of conflict to return back to the table of negotiations.
Butaflika said on Monday that he is ready to work hand by hand with the Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir to settle all disputes which require contributions through coordinating all efforts exerted by other sides to achieve the national interest in Sudan.
The Algerian President called on each the government and the opposition in Sudan to start the negotiations and to put their differences aside for the interests of the country and the Sudanese people The Sudanese dailies issued on Monday quoted the Algerian foreign minister Abdul Aziz Balkhadem as saying that his country is ready to play a role in settling the Sudanese conflict but under the condition that all sides concerned will agree on that. He, on the other hand, denied any Algerian initiative to this effect.
