Egypt stresses full Israeli withdrawal from the Golan, Jerusalem

The Egyptian cabinet has stressed Egypt's full backing to the Arab rights provides for Israel's complete withdrawal from Jerusalem, the occupied Syrian Golan heights and all Palestinian territories up to June 4, 1967 in implementation of international legitimacy resolutions and the land for peace formula.
During its Thursday's meeting chaired by prime minister Atif Obeid, the Egyptian cabinet stressed clinging to the rights of the Palestinian people, especially their rights to maintain their own independent state with Jerusalem as a capital in order to achieve a just and lasting peace in the Middle East region.
