Qaddafi gets a message from Kazakhstan's counterpart

Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi on Wednesday received a message from President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nour Sultan Nizar Baeive pertaining to bilateral relations and international issues of mutual concern.
Kazakhstan's President stressed in his message that the visit of the Libyan delegation to Kazakhstan made recently would give a strong impetus to relations between the two countries in all fields.
