Three Palestinians were killed on Monday's confrontations

Amid Palestinian calls to escalate the anger against the Israeli occupation and rejection to bargain the national rights, demonstrations and confrontations continued on Monday in various parts if the west bank and Gaza strip.

The Palestinian youths attacked the Israeli on foot patrols and positions with stones in al-Khalil, Jerusalem, Ramullah, Nablus, Toulkarem, Gaza, Rafah and in the surrounding of these cities and villages and the surrounding of the settlement.

News reports said that one Israeli soldier and two settlers were wounded in the confrontation and that several Israeli on foot patrols were exposed to stones thrown by the Palestinians near Ariel settlement in the West bank.

One Palestinian whose identity was not disclosed was killed by the Israeli gun fire near Ramullah and three secondary school students were wounded in Hawarah village near Nablus as a result of the random fire by the Israeli occupation forces.

Also killed on Monday was the Palestinian Haroun Abu al-Hassan ( 34) was killed on Monday near Toulkarem and Maj. gen Abdul Mu'ti al-Sab'awi from the Palestinian police while he was dismantling a shell, resulting from the Israeli bombardment of al-Sudaneyah area in Gaza.

The Israeli forces demolished by bulldozers and tanks a building of three flats in Deir al-Balah without any prior warning.

Eye-witnesses said that building is owned by Fawzi Abu Samra and is inhabited by 14 persons and that the israeli forces evacuated it by means of force before the destruction.

On Monday at dawn the Israeli forces broke into areas in the city of Rafah following an intensive bombardment by shells and tanks to force the Palestinian citizens to evacuate the place.

The reports said that tens of Palestinians with most of them are children were wounded as a result of this breaking in.

Meantime, the Palestinian Fatah movement called in a statement circulated on Monday for further protest demonstrations against the approval of the palestinian authority to resume negotiations with israel.

The statement called on the Palestinian people to consider next Friday as a Palestinian anger and protest day, stressing the need of escalating the Intifada in confrontation of the continued Israeli aggressions.

The statement described resuming the negotiations as a " low comedy show" which will only lead to further concessions and violations of the rights of the Palestinian people.

Meantime the Palestinians Islamic national forces in the West Bank and Gaza called for a general strike to be observed today in protest of resuming the negotiations.

In a statement which was also issued on Monday, these forces considered the persistence of the Palestinian authority to resume negotiations at the meantime when more Palestinians are killed or wounded by the Israeli forces, as an attempt to foil the Intifada.
